The Weekend for Women Diabetes Sisters Conference

DiabetesSisters hosted the 2013 Weekend for Women Conference in San Francisco on October 4-6, 2013. Our own Editor-in-Chief Kelly Close and Co-Managing Editor Adam Brown led a session entitled “New Technologies and Treatments: What’s Coming Soon, What’s Most Exciting, and Where Are We Going?” Their presentation included the latest information on new insulin pumps, CGM, the artificial pancreas, mobile health, novel drugs, and more. diaTribe also had a table at the conference Health Fair– many readers were able to come by and say hello to our team!
